Baby Development @ 10 months

Here are the baby milestones @ 10 months: By the end of the month most babies should be able to:
  • Understand the concept of object permanence
  • Get upset if a toy is removed
  • Transfer objects from one hand to the other
  • Stand while holding on to someone
  • Pull up to a standing position

Baby's really good in standing for longer period @ 10mos. He can't really walk just yet but he gives me tiny steps when he feels like it. He's always hyped and running so he doesn't really get to learn how to balance his steps. He's more curious than ever and we've noticed his very tight grip. Once he holds on something, there's no letting go or else you'll hear such loud crying.

Smart Moms Are Practical

This is a compensated post written by me on behalf of Walgreens. All opinions are 100% mine.

Being practical doesn't mean you are compromising your family's health, there are just some things which can be substituted over more expensive brand items.  We know for a fact that having kids can be quite expensive therefore keeping your frugal ways can even promote better living in some ways.

Speaking of practicality, Walgreens Brand Health & Wellness Products are great substitutes over the well known brand items like medicines and health products.  Just like the Walgreens Brand Mouth Rinse which works just the same as the usual Crest and Listerine mouthwashes we commonly use.  Price wise it's way cheaper than the brand names but works just as well.  Advertisement

120x30_WalgrensTransparentLogo Walgreens cares that's why their products are not just economically priced at the same time it provides health and wellness services and education to local communities.  Through the Walgreens Way to Well Fund™ people can avail of preventive health services and tests to make sure they are on right track.  As the saying goes "prevention is better than cure", we need not to be so ill before we get to help ourselves.  A healthy body equals to a healthy mind, that's something we can never take forgranted.

Mommies Nees To Take a Break

When you are pregnant you feel so restricted doing things like eating this and that and going to places. Travels can be critical to some moms but this doesn't mean you have to tuck yourself in the bed and just hibernate. It's also not true that you have to keep eating non-stop because you're eating for two. Yes indeed you are eating for two but proper diet and nutrition is needed to make sure you and your baby will be both healthy which later on can result to easier delivery.

Make sure you take the chance to relax and have some break. Try to do some activities with your husband or partner that won't put so much stress on your behalf. Take for instance watching movies, concerts or even ballgames. These are safe things to do just make sure you don't get over excited when your favorite team takes the lead.

These activities require great caution because of the crowd. Make sure you steer away from heavy crowd. Falling in line for the tickets is not a good idea as this can tire you and might also raise your temperature. Who says you or hubby has to if has your Sacramento Kings, Houston Rockets, Miami Heat, Golden State Warriors and Los Angeles Lakers tickets? Avoid the hustle and bustle and just enjoy a fun game with your dear partner because once the baby comes you won't be able to do the things you used to do before. Have as much quality time possible, you will need this bonding to help you prepare for the Stork's delivery.

Bright Beginnings Starts with Feeding

This post brought to you by PBM Products. All opinions are 100% mine.

Our little angels need the most care and love possible for them to grow good and healthy.  As parents we have to be very watchful of anything we give them because it can either do good or bad for them.  Nurturing them with the very precious mother's milk is the best that we can give to support their growth and development.  That's why mothers have big role in every baby's life.

It is very advisable to breastfeed or nurse babies up to 2yrs of age but understandably, not all moms can do that.  Some find nursing quite uncomfortable while some are working and can't be with their babies all the time.  Expressing milk is one way of giving them mother's milk but again this isn't so easy for all.  Not being able to nurse your baby means you're not being a good mother.  There are just circumstances i which you really can't.

As mothers we have to make sure we give the very best for our babies that's why getting the right formula if breastfeeding is not possible is a must.  Healthy babies mean happy mommies too and a well fed and loved baby is a happy baby.  Keep your baby healthy with Bright Beginnings milk based organic infant formula good for 0-12mos.  This formula has no pesticides, no added growth hormones  and antibiotics and certified by USDA & QAI.  Give the premium nutrition your baby needs to boost his or her immune system.
